Shawnale and Jerry reminded me that there are so, so many cool places to shoot in downtown Peoria on Sunday!
Now, we did have to fight off at least two other pro photographers around where we were working but no matter, these two took it all in stride. And they did the most important thing on an engagement shoot.
They were themselves and had fun! Even when I asked them to do what I love to do on engagement shoot.
To quote Satchel Paige, “Work like you don’t need the money. Love like you’ve never been hurt. Dance like nobody’s watching.” I’ve personally always love the dance like nobody’s watching and so the two of them were twirling and whirling in front of an old building. Yeah! Bonus question, can anyone tell me the name of this building? I thought I wrote it down but can’t find my piece of paper anywhere.
The couple is going for an early spring wedding next year — doing their best to avoid the crazy heat that Illinois is known for. Needless to say, but I’ll say it anyways, theirs will be an awesome wedding day!
